Political Structure

Seventh Transcendence
The Seventh Transcendence is the next step of social evolution that begins with Family, Clan, Tribe, and currently ends with the State/nation.

The immediate goal is not necessarily to realize the Seventh Transcendence – that is more the long range goal. The immediate (short range) goal is to (re)structure receptive states so that they can more readily amalgamate with other sympathetic and symbiotic states into stable “super” states – eventually into world government(s) that might eventually obtain the Seventh Transcendence.

Paradigm of Transcendent Reality
"Paradigm," as applied to the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality, is the total super-system. The Paradigm is depicted in its political form to the right.  It is comprised of four independent functionalities: Science, Philosophy, Religion, and Governance.  Governance rules over Corporeity and Society, but governance is ruled on questions of Religion, Philosophy and Science by their respective functionality. In this discussion these functions each have a specific definition broadly in consonance with their general meaning.

Grand Council
The functions of Religion, Philosophy, Science, and Governance are of necessity defined and discussed herein as if separate and independent concepts. But in reality they are often so intertwined that it is difficult to know where one concept stops and another begins. In the execution of their respective functions, these four functionalities are bound to “step on each others toes,” which is to say that there are bound to be areas where responsibility is confused, or is a shared. To resolve such issues, when they arise, is the function of the Grand Council, which would consist of appropriate representatives of the four functionalities.

Science
"Science," is the short descriptor we give this functionality.  "Academy of Science" night be more descriptive.  The key attributes are truth and fact.  The scientific method is its mantra - free from any and all political correctness or political agenda.

It is the system of fact gathering, and determining what is true or false. The gathering of fact is always accompanied by instrumentation and observation error. We must always be cognizant that our scientific findings and "facts" have inherent error, and always strive to minimize such errors – to the point where the error is within a tolerance that would not change an outcome. "Facts" always are subject to reconsideration in light of new and better methodologies for establishing fact. It is extremely important that the facts and findings of Science are brutally honest, and not colored by politics or agendas, hidden or otherwise.

Philosophy
Philosophy, as defined in the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality, is our system of models that represent the physical world we live in, the virtual world we operate in, and out algorithms of deduction, induction, and prediction. As such, philosophy is an approximation (simplification) of reality, with attendant modeling errors. We must always be cognizant of these inherent errors in our philosophical models. Our philosophical models are always subject to refinement and reconstruction in light of new insights and new discoveries. As is science, it is extremely important that the models and predictions of Philosophy are based on the best reality, and honest predictions, and not constructed or colored to serve any political party or agenda, hidden or otherwise.

Religion
Religion, as defined in the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality, is our system of purpose, and morality – “it answers the question of what the meaning of life is – to us as individuals, and as a collective society. And it defines the ‘why; of what we should be doing, or not doing, as individuals, and as a collective society.

Morality is a key religious concept that defines what "the greater collective good” is – that is, does an action further the collective survival, continuance in kind, and prosperity? If the action contributes, it is moral, if it detracts, it is immoral. If it does neither, it is amoral. What is "moral" is what is "good for the collective," and not necessarily what is good for the individual. It is entirely logical, where conclusions are based on scientific principles, philosophical models, observations, and experimentation -- all subject to critique, further experiment, and revision.

Governance
Governance, as defined in the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality, is the system of laws, rules, regulations, governmental structure, social incentives, and social prohibitions that enforce continuity, common purpose, alignment, and internal cooperation to the societal elements and individuals comprising the society. The organs and sub-systems of governance are always subject to refinement and revision in light of changes to our scientific findings, philosophical models, and religious precepts.

Corporeity
Corporeity refers the physical manifestation of the human society or culture existing under any social paradigm. The analogy in the human individual is the human body and all of its organs. The corporeity of a collective society are the physical things that can be touched or seen – the people who are members of the society, together with the physical components of edifices, transportation systems, communication systems, energy systems, nutrient and sustenance systems, defensive systems, waste disposal systems, and so forth. Corporeity is what archeologists search among looking for clues of long dead civilizations whose human inhabitants have long vanished. Among living civilizations, it is the physical manifestations of the dynamic culture. To a large degree, corporeity is measured by the physical bounds of the territory occupied by the society, and the extent the society advances science and philosophy as manifested in its artifices and machinery.

Society
Society is the mass of humanity occupying the corporeity under governance.
